Shipping policy

Processing Times
Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During sales, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders within Turkey and Europe, excluding Russia and Belarus.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your shipping destination and carrier:

  • Within Turkey: 2–7 business days

  • Within Europe: 7–30 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, local postal services, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strikes, weather events, or geopolitical restrictions).

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and carrier rates. Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees applied by their country of residence.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Risk of Loss
Until your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Miya.Beauty is responsible for your package. After the package has been delivered to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. Upon delivery, the customer assumes full responsibility for the products received.

Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Miya.Beauty is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if the package is returned and needs to be reshipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at miasvitla@gmail.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that resolution times may vary depending on the carrier’s investigation process.
