Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unused, unopened, and sealed (for hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and cosmetic products must remain sealed).
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will provide you with the return instructions and address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us immediately at miasvitla@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Please note: Miya.Beauty is not responsible for damages caused during shipment once the package has been handed to the carrier, but we will support you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty and cosmetic products (due to hygiene reasons).
  • Perishable or customized products (special orders, personalized items).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

If you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before making a purchase.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you need is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately after your return is approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unopened, sealed, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
